After the two boys team tournaments the girls had their turn and they didn't disappoint by delivering good quality games. APS was a great host as always. Park View took the U13 girls cup home and the runners up Heartlands did well as well.

The winner of the Haringey tournament will represent Haringey in the North London Team Championships (to be held on 15 November) which is a qualifier for the ESTTA Zone Finals at University of East London (18 January 2013).

Four players per team to play in ranked order.

Students to be seeded 1-4

R1 = 5 mins - games are timed and final scores are added P total = 32 v p total = 33

R2 = 5 mins

All schools to play each other x2 games, per student, per match.

I hope this makes sense.

We used this format last year and despite our initial misgivings, the best teams won (ie. team to score highest cumulative score) and it encouraged attacking play.
